• Arrive with completely clean lashes; no mascara, eyeliner, or makeup residue

• Avoid oil-based and waterproof products around the eyes for 24 hours prior

• Remove contact lenses before your service (or bring a case to store them)

• Avoid caffeine 5 hours prior to service.

• Eat beforehand so you can relax comfortably during the appointment.

• Use restroom prior to appointment.

• Using the restroom during the appointment will take away application time.

Clean lashes = better retention.

If you arrive with makeup or buildup, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and will fall under the Late Cancellation Policy.

• You must have at least 50% of your extensions remaining for a fill. Less than 50% is considered a LASH Extension FULL set.

• Fills are required every 2–3 weeks

• If the existing work is incompatible or improperly applied, a removal and full set may be required. If time does not allow for a removal and full set. The client will receive a removal instead of a fill.

New client fills are intended for clients seeking a long-term lash home. We do not offer one-time appointments for fills.

Please reschedule if you have:

• Eye infections (pink eye, styes)

• Severe seasonal allergies causing watery eyes

• Recent eye surgery (within 6–8 weeks unless cleared by your physician)

• Full Sets: 2.5-3 hours
• Fills: 60–120 minutes

Arriving late may result in a shortened service while still requiring full payment.
